Job Description

The candidate would be individually responsible to:
Independently manage various paralegal activities in all phases of domestic (US) and foreign lifecycles (filing through maintenance/abandonment) for Patents and/or Trademark
Prepare global prosecution related forms such as filing packages, office action response shells, assignments, Oath and declaration etc.,
Conduct comprehensive IDS audits for entire family and prepare IDS form as required,
Handle all docketing tasks from patent filing to patent grant, validations and renewals for all jurisdictions,
Perform application reviews at time of allowance,
Manage regular follow-ups/reminders with stakeholders for any required information, and
Mentor junior paralegal associates.
