Role : Director - Large Deal Planning
Alternatively could have- 10 years of experience in Sales, Strategy Consulting, Key Account Management , Bid Management/ Commercial constructs experience in a TIER 1 Engineering RD/ IT services firm.
Must have: Hands on experience of entire Deal Pursuit Life Cycle or a major part of the Deal Pursuit process (eg. Bid Management, Pricing, Pre Sales, etc) .
Adept in defining a compelling Win Strategy Price-to-win for the deal
Should be a collaborator with ability to work in multi-disciplinary, mesh- structure environment. Good interpersonal skills the ability to pick up on nuances of client interaction and communications.
Proven track record in program management. Should be very effective in internal reach outs to different stake holders with ability to plan, strategize, track and report progress on large deals.
History of strong people management skills.
Ability to analyze draw conclusion from various sources of customer data, industry reports, RFP/ RFI documents, Customer interactions.
Ability to build a compelling business case- both internally and externally for the client.
Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills- verbal and written. Good in MS Power Point, proficient in excel.
Travel, globally, can be expected to range between 10 30%, contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions.
