To ensure sales in residential real estate. Perform duties such as study the geographical market, identify and accompany prospective clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve maximum revenue targets through primary sales in the residential segment
2.Drive scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution
3.Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company and ensure Business Integrity
4.Gain in-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying renting cycle
5.Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes transaction procedures
6.Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city
7.Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists
8.Visiting potential customers for new business. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
9.Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
