Job Description:
Handling Incoming calls & providing details for various services
Generating data for calling
Making Outbound calls for sales, lead generation & client support
Coordinating with sales team with regards to customers appointment
Coordinating promotional campaign activities through Emailers and SMSes for Services Promotions and Exhibitions Held
Candidate should not hesitate for Client meetings
Going through the tender documents
Social media & SEO posting and strategizing
Coordinating with clients and our technical team on project to project basis
This particular job role is going to be flexible and will cater all the needs of the company.

Candidate should have good communication skills & fluency in English
Experience as a tele caller is preferred:
Call prospective client & explain about the services
Call- up clients/ customer to fix- up appointments.
Fixing appointments with Business development team.
Follow up with incoming leads, maintaining database with updated status and reports. Understand the customer need, Multitasking.
Demonstrate effective listening skills to gauge customers requirement NO SHIFTS / NO TARGETS.
