Job Description - Cisco Alliances Manager Location: India (Anywhere in India) We re looking for Alliances Manager to drive business with strategic partner (CISCO) within India. The responsibilities include pursuing opportunities globally. Candidate must have experience working with Cisco or related partners. Key Responsibilities Driving solution building and governance with practice and pre-sales teams and working with both Wipro and partner teams to drive services revenue for Wipro and sell with and sell thru revenue for partner. Ability to strategize to be #1 TWITCH partner globally, execute the plan working with field teams and stake holders across both the organizations, connect with account teams, generate a healthy pipeline (proactive pursuits/lead generation), support deal pursuits until closure, enthusiastic, managing senior stakeholder relationships, energetic, proactive are the key characteristics that we would look for in this role. Enabling New Business Development through building and managing partnerships. Develop, Drive Lead the GTM Strategy for the region as per BU strategy. Develops and strengthens relationships with the regional sales team and influencers in the OEM organization. Become a trusted advisor to the partner and should participate in his strategic planning. Builds a trusted group of referable contacts who can vouch for Wipro. Executes a plan to develop allies, builds business connections, and gains access to new contacts. Ensures a balance of customer engagement and partner engagement across business, management, and operations. Identifies opportunities for growing the partnership in the region and leads account strategy and planning along with the GAEs and CIS sales team in the region. Mapping and alignment with SMU and GBL Field sales teams in the regions lead generation, pipeline creation, OB tracking, drive opportunity to closure, and other operational excellence as well Collaborate with sales and partner teams to qualify, develop, and execute campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Support sales and marketing execution across activities, including coordination of demand and lead generation-related and joint sales enablement activities between your partners.
