Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Client calls / Ticket Monitoring System / Field engineer coordination
- Working towards customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer queries / E-Mails and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of internal team interaction & customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to help the customer to achieve satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 to 2+ Years of experience in Service Desk
- Diploma / Degree in any stream
- Willing to work in rotational shift
- 6 Days Work Week
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong skills in telephonic & Email etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of scenarios
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Candidates with multi language skills (Hindi Speaking) would be an added advantage
