The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring superior levels of customer service. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Creating and maintaining a sales culture in the branch to include an active cross- selling program and product knowledge training. Opening/ Closing designated branch. Implementing policies and procedures to staff. Directing, controlling and/ or delegating the daily branch operations to include the management of audit control, security, and physical maintenance. Completing all the other daily tasks necessary to keep branch performing at a maximum level. Representing the co- operative in public organizations for promoting the image of the co- operative.,
