Accountabilities
Plan, schedule and coordinate application releases and software
updates end to-end
Publish and communicate change / release to both internal and
external stakeholders within agreed SLA s change impacts,
schedules, outage periods, and release notes
Develop, coordinate and manage automated build capabilities for
entire application portfolio (web and desktop)
Provision and manage all non-production environments DEV,
TEST, STAGING, PRE-PROD, and TRAINING
Proactively manage non-production environment growth and
resource requirements
Coordinate non-production environment usage needs and
availability across projects and releases
Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of build and deployment
failures
Develop release plans / go-live run sheets / rollback scenarios
Coordinate and manage production releases
Customer
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external
customers within company guidelines
Adhere to SLA s and regulatory obligations
Ensure that all confidential information is handled in accordance
with Company protocols and procedures
