Role : Hiring Performance Support Manager for a leading IT Company at Ahmedabad
Responsible for monthly monitoring of number of licenses added for all APUs and review the user growth in them and share it with me to review and recommend the latest performance changes as needed.
Create documentation on best practices, settings and check list for the EHR product as per guidelines and findings in the team and update them at regular intervals for client view as well as internal teams.
Work on creating reports for SQOO for performance and interacting with multiple teams as needed to generate these reports and have meetings on getting these reviewed by me.
Work with the deployment team on giving them any patches or settings that need to be mass deployed across practices for performance improvement.
Maintain a list of top performance issues reported by clients and have regular meetings with me on the same to identify the next steps on addressing these.
From Moderate to an expert level of knowledge on Database like MySQL and MSSQL.
Should know database optimization and indexing techniques for MySQL and MSSQL
Networking Concepts. Knowledge on network tools like Fiddler
Knowledge on Wireshark, SSL handshake will be an add on
Skills in Debugging java code and understanding exceptions
Exceptional skills in tomcat architecture and understanding
Understanding of multi-tier application and SaaS architecture.
An up-to-date knowledge and understanding of your employer's business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands
To recognize the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user
Excellent communication skills, Analytical and problem-solving ability
