Job Role and Responsibilities:
Order Processing of FMCG orders ( PAN India)
Order Follow up with pharmacy stores
Coordination with Online SPOC on daily basis for closure
Outbound Call Handling
Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines
Handling customer complaints if any
Desired Skills:
1+ years of experience in e- pharmacy/ Callcenter
Good communication skills
Good Knowledge of Excel
Work Week: 6 days with 1day week off, Saturday, Sunday compulsory working
Shift time: 11AM-7PM/12PM-8PM
