Apply
Analysis, design, development, testing, deployment for user stories. Implement a permanent solution to an incident/ problem.System maintenance, system technical design and related project documentation. Prepare and document the artifacts/ changes. Performs code review with technical leads.Remediation and workarounds for defects in the supported code. Configuration changes required to fix defects. Technical Research.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure coding standards and best practices followed. Ensure IT processes related to security, compliance followed.
Guidance to L2 support. Update the knowledge base on new platform issues and resolution. Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of system related issues.Prepare and submit application status reports and metrics.
