Job Responsibilites
Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like odesk, Elance, Guru, virtual Worker etc. - To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leighton s Procedure and Clients Specifications. - To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid. - To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins. - To liaise with site team, vendors and sub- contractors on information in order to produce correct bid. - To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid. - To manage planning dept in order to prepare tender construction programmer with all related information such as labor & material histogram, staff histogram, determination of numbers of P & E, etc. - Experience in handling overseas clients - Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills. (Mandatory) - He should be ready to work in after noon shift.,
