- Sprint with Dev, QA, BA, and other teams
- Produce various documents such as user guides, release notes, admin guides, and on boarding walkthroughs
- Manage multiple projects and meet documentation deliverable deadlines
- Seamlessly work independently or as a part of the team.
- Basic understanding of Jira
- Good understanding of MSTP
- Create videos using tools such as Camtasia or Captivate
- Spearhead documentation efforts by coming with innovative ideas.
