A content and digital marketing professional with demonstrated experience in, and a holistic understanding of, marketing in a corporate/professional services environment . Someone who can create and implement a communications strategy for KGS social media channels, and work with a range of stakeholders across the business to develop and promote content for KGS social media platforms. Responsible for overall project management, distribution through appropriate channels and tracking of results.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Conceptualize and execute the social media communications calendar for KGS
- End to end management of the KGS LinkedIn page
- Work with teams to build a pipeline of content for our social media channels, with focus on recruitment, employer branding, colleague engagement, CSR, ID and Leadership updates
- Preparing engaging content for KGS social media channels (primarily LinkedIn)
- Post content on behalf of KGS
- Moderate and monitor posts on our social media channels
- Collaborate with the KPMG India team and recruitment to post content
- Look to increase engagement and increase Share of Voice (SOV) for KPMG India in the market
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to increase our follower base and engagement rates
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Help improve the trackability of our pages and monitoring and analyzing key engagement metrics
- Helping KGS leaders with their social media posts in terms of optimization and managing content
- Design management through the in-house teams
- Manage coordination with KPMG India teams for distribution and publication of posts
- Working with multiple stakeholders and business to develop social media strategies and comms plans
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of content and digital marketing
- Understanding of the LinkedIn platform pages, functionality, analytics
- Demonstrated proficiency managing social media communications in a professional services setup
- Be a social media expert, someone who has demonstrated experience in crafting and driving social media strategies
- Ability to create and curate content for digital channels such as social media, web, email, intranet, etc.
- Strong knowledge of digital and key social media platforms LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Accomplished program management and proactive thinker - asking the right questions to understand needs and goals, challenge the status quo, provide innovative, impactful ideas, or suggest alternatives and can articulate pros and cons
- Ability to track, assess and present metrics/data to draw meaningful insights and actions for the business
