Role : Demand Lead - Food and FMCG Segment
About the role :
- Udaan focuses on relationships between buyers and sellers. We are a B2B concern and the business depends on how well engage are our users. To acquire, maintain and nurture such relationships we have a dedicated team of field resources in every part of the country.
- The Demand Lead is expected to lead such teams for the respective category.
- He or she will be required to have the aggression of a sales leader while thinking strategically to achieve diverse goals for the respective category.
- It will entail leading on ground sales executives and their respective team leaders to achieve tremendous growth for the category.
What you will need :
- You are a self-driven, energetic, operations expert. You love building operations from the ground - up and scaling them.
- You have top-notch people management skills. You are adept at recruiting, motivating and mentoring talent at scale.
- You are a planner. You carefully estimate and build the required capacity.
- You have 4+ years of experience in setting up operations from scratch and scaling them.
1. Pedigree of premium MBA schools with minimum 2-4 years of post b-school experience
2. Relevant experience of managing large on ground sales fleets
