Technology Risk and Management Oversight (TRMO) is a centralized global team with responsibility for supporting the Head of Technology in delivering business value from Technology and Digital in a consistent and transparent way. Its scope covers the following core Technology wide capabilities: Strategy, Operating Model, Oversight, KPIs Analytics, Technology Risk Resilience, Financial Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Learning Development, Communications and delivery of cross-departmental Change Initiatives.

Purpose of your role

The key purpose of the role is to run the monthly Apptio recharge process working closely with Finance and the Management oversight team. This includes management and validation of the data sources feeding Apptio, addressing fallouts, and data issues and ensuring the accurate processing of data through the Apptio model each month to generate financial recharges. Apptio provides our internal customers with a Technology recharge (bill) which is timely, defensible, and meaningful service-oriented and based on true cost and volume drivers. It is being used by technology and business managers globally to view their individual areas technology spend.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Financially literate
• RTBMA or ETBMA qualification in R12
• Hands on experience of running Apptio month-end

• Graduate from a reputed University
• 5-7 years of overall financial industry experience

Essential Skills:

• Working knowledge of Apptio R12 and experience in running a month-end process.
• Working within timed deadlines with a good eye for detail to ensure correctness of financial information.
• Ability to apply an analytical lens to financial data to draw out anomalies that require investigation
• Ability to communicate collaboratively and efficiently with team members in different locations and time zones.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly of Excel but also Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
• Hands on expertise in Data Visualization Tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external contacts excellent written and oral skills are essential.
• Proactive and able to work well in a team environment adapting to different styles of behaviour
