The position is Responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Delivery Team by clearly expressing Product Backlog items; ordering the items to best achieve goals and missions; calculating, measuring and tracking business value; optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs; ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Delivery Team will work on next; and ensuring the Delivery Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed. Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders within and outside the organization, the Delivery Team and ScrumMaster to build an exceptional product. Effectively captures stakeholder assumptions and translates them into hypothesis driven outcomes. Creates the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system or product, business need, users, market, competitors and future trends of a particular domain being developed. Being knowledgeable of Agile and Scrum practices., creates and prioritizes features, user stories, acceptance criteria and the product backlog for each sprint. Actively engages with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to product requirements. Empowers the Delivery Team to determine work load for each sprint. Provides clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements. Participates in all Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release and sprint planning and retrospectives) as required. Roles and Responsibilities include: The ILF( smart Labification) Product Owner is the representative driving the ILF initiatives across their organization boundaries and implementing ILF initiatives and mandates. T The product owner in updates reports to the ILF Champions as they receive and incorporate direction from the ILF champions and team. This role requires the individual to Understand and communicate divisional scenarios, situations and program drivers to the ILF Champions Consolidate requirements and Use cases to affected divisional employees Prioritizing requirements based on ROI, strategy, business demands and any associated risk for the work groups Defining Phases and Deliverables along with Champion across Operational and Technical WorkGroups. Skills: Expertise in analyzing and evaluating business needs with Proven past expertise in setting up new product line, scaling up Connecting and prioritizing Requirements to build a product story, Strategic Planning and Execution IT Service and Infrastructure Management , Software Development and IT Risk Management Expert in lab Management, Solid understanding of lab asset management, Infrastructure management, automation Technologies, AI/ML Solutions Expertise in building Service Models with clear User personas and respective SLA Models. Must have done Lab/Asset forecasting for major teams with , Good understanding of the finance model including procurement, depreciation, taxes etc Good Planning, execution skills. Stakeholder Management Skills Capable of customizing and planning according to local laws and ecosystem


Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's Degree with 15+ years' supporting Intel engineering teams or equivalent experience with atleast 5 years' experience with senior leadership Strong IT/Labs knowledge and experience with additional Hardware or Software knowledge Must be results-oriented individual capable of synthesizing and abstracting complex information into clear messages The role requires strong analytical, project management, business partnering and influencing skills Able to clearly articulate ideas to different stakeholder groups and take initiative to drive and manage concrete operational actions to successful execution. The position requires strong business and technical acumen, disciplined process management, multitasking ability and attention to quality and detail Experience driving cross-organizational issues and projects to resolution, and a good understanding of Intel's highly complex products, technologies, and business strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to use storytelling to articulate the value our research brings to the business Be a visible role model and advocate of Intel values
