- Handling Induction, explaining job duties, employee benefits.
- Participation in yearly performance appraisal assessment and evaluation process through the HRMS system.
- Preparing issuing the increment/promotion letters.
- Employee Rewards and Recognition.
- Organizing Employee Engagement activities in Organisations
- Conducting preliminary round of interviews, shortlisting, and selection of candidates.
- Salary negotiations, fixation of designation, and salary.
- Reference check as well as background verification of all the employees
- Conducting joining formalities of the new recruits and also co-ordination for training like Induction and Orientation.
- Responsible for new joiner s documentation
- Maintaining personal files of the employees.
- Sending welcome mail about new joiners throughout the organization.
- Explaining the code of conduct, the company procedures policies.
- Explaining new joiners about the organization in terms of Mission, Vision,
- Objective its business
- Prepare the monthly paYearoll data in HRMS and process the final pay-out based on the attendance.
- Documenting maintaining the Mediclaim records of all employees.
- Preparing and maintaining of Monthly HRMIS i.e. Additions, Resignations,
- Transfer, Promotion, Increment, etc.
- Leave management, maintaining the leave record, and attendance marking with help of attendance software.
- Maintaining all the HR related databases.
