A seasoned staffing professional with 8 to 10 years of experience who has hands on experience in handling end to end staffing process with an understanding of Setting up a Project from the scratch. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can communicate with the Client for Staffing needs. Capable of managing a team of 2 to 5 members. Must have experience in handling Ramp Ups and Ramp downs. Has good understanding of technology. Must know Billing, PL forecast and management. Must have good working experience hands on in advanced Excel
