Role : Front Desk Executive
Position: Receptionist Cum Amin.
Location: Ahmedabad.
Experience: 1-3 yrs.
Salary: 15k to 20k.
Job Description:
1 Provide Front desk reception duties for the head office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal external customers timely and professionally.
2 Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
3 Responsible for all general office administrative work.
4 Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events.
5 Perform data-entry, documentation and maintain accurate records of bill entries, cheque entries etc.
6 Ensures that the office is clean and that each staff member has the necessary supplies.
7 Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
8 Coordinating for the maintenance and repair of devices for the head office.
9 Execute all administrative tasks as and when allotted as per situations.
Requirements:
Bachelors qualification with excellent communication skill.
Minimum 1-2years relevant experience preferred.
Languages: English, Gujarati Hindi.
Possess good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service.
Pro-active, and responsible.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power point applications is highly preferred.
