Role Responsibilities:
Order booking:
- Responsible to co ordinate with engineering and sales team for new parts
- creation in ERP
- Responsible to obtain order acknowledgement dates from planning and share
- Order Acknowledgement with customers.
- Responsible for Order confirmation in Customer Portal
- Responsible for Order changes as per customer requirements
- Responsible to inform delay in deliveries and send revised Order
- acknowledgement to customers
- Responsible for sending Proforma Invoice
- Responsible for accounts receivables
Educational Qualification:
Graduate (any branch would be preferred)
Requirement as follows:
- Candidate should have work exp in manufacturing companies
- Qualification should be minimum graduation
- Plant based job
- Female candidate , married and have settled with family
