We are hiring for Account Manager
Job Description: - Candidates should be graduate and having experience of minimum 1-2 years in accountancy
- Have to be well-versed with tally ERP9 or Prime (Purchases and Sales) and also having knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax relevant taxations.
- Candidate must have good communication and mailing skills and should be well aware of MS Office.
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
