Udaan is a B2B ecommerce platform that brings traders, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and manufacturers in India on to a single platform. Our goal is to make doing business easy in India make B2B commerce convenient and efficient. Job Responsibilities: P2P Process: - In- depth of understanding of Procure to Pay Process, accounting/debit notes for shortages/rejections. - Bringing element of cost and margin in the purchase and sale decision - Ensuring timely and accurate recoveries / deductions - Driving Process simplification and standardization Vendor reconciliation: Timely creation and reconciliation of open items in vendor reconciliation by coordination with vendors, business development teams and controllership team. Terms of Trade Management: - Ensure timely and accurate updation and management of terms of trade of various brands - Set up a standardized way of recording and management of the same to ensure automation of ToT management Claims Management: - Timely calculation, review and raising of claims to the brands. - Ensure reconciliation and completeness of the claims. - Off-invoice claims to be in sync with reporting of margins done for off-invoice components Merchandising invoicing: Timely submission of details related to merchandising revenue and ensuring sync between reported and invoiced merchandising revenue. Candidate Profile: - CA with Big 4 Article ship / FMCG OR MBA (Finance) from Tier 1/2 B-School with FMCG experience. - 4 years+ (Post qualification) experience in FPA / Business Finance
