We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Funds Management specialist
In this role, you will be responsible to work on the funds in the system. You will have to ensure that the price list is processed in the system accurately before the TAT and that the funds are correctly maintained.
Resource would also need to ensure that proper support documentation for every customer is ready and saved in the system and all the agreed SLA KPI are met.
The Role demands for a highly qualified professional who can work on the fund management understand the criticality of the role understand the minute details of the funds and work on them without any disconnect.
The Fund Management Specialist will be responsible for delivering the activities assigned and working on trade promotion management tools used by the client
Processes the requests received in connection with the preparation of the prices of the products requested by the sales manager
Analyze the price change request is compliant and complete
Ensures that the price list is updated according to requests and procedures
Ensures that all requests are processed within the agreed TAT (Turn Around Time), from the time it is received until their verification is performed in the system
Ensures that daily reports are processed and confirmed back to the client
Ensures that requests for Off invoices are transposed in templates and shared with another Specialist so that they can be processed within the agreed time
Make sure the daily tracker has been filled up accurately with the incoming and outgoing requests
Provide support documentation for audit when requested
Ensuring meeting all required activities in a timely and compliant manner, especially the one from month end as per procedure
Ensures that the performance objectives (KPIs) / process delivery time (SLAs) set under the contract are fulfilled
Proposes and implements the solution for new clients, acting as an SME for the process/processes
Proposes and Implements best operational practices across the team and ensures comprehensive process knowledge among all the team members
Act as backup for the activities assigned based on cross-training
Designs transformation projects to deliver financial and productivity benefits to the customer per the contractual clauses concluded with the client
Ensure the creation of the Standard Operating Procedure for the processes managed, updates and validates them before sending them to the customer for sign-off, ensuring that they are accurate, comprehensive, and explained logically, tailored to the process needs
Providing training and preparing other team members with regards to the daily tasks whenever It is necessary or requested by the manager
Periodically updating of the working procedures
Developing implementation activities of new systems/applicable tools to the processes in scope
Bachelor s Degree / Graduates from a recognized university with relevant work experience in Trade Promotions Claims Management
Understanding FMCG retail and customer structures
Excellent performance track record and highly disciplined
Transitions experience- transitioned one or more processes successfully
PowerPoint skills Excellent MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and management
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner on multiple activities
Proficiency with any System applications (SAP, TPM (Trade Promotions Management), TPO (Trade Promotions Optimizer), and/or any other ERP- experience working on any of the above tools or ERP
SAP working experience
Adapts quickly to change in a dynamic organizational structure
Hard-working and with the ability to perform well in challenging complex environments, working well under pressure, and prioritizing within tight deadlines
Ability to work with all Microsoft Office programs (advanced excel knowledge)
Graduate and above
Deductions and/or Trade Claims Management Certification
Knowledge of Price adjustments and fund management is added advantage
Fair knowledge in Customer Development and/or Trade promotions area
Customer and Category Development knowledge
MIS and/or reporting experience
Overall candidate should have a problem solving, and analytics approach
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
