Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/Business Analyst, Operations Workforce Management
Responsibilities
Need to work with customer team on day-to-day activities related to eWFM/ASPECT
Retail WFM Support
Performance of tasks on eWFM, including:
o Adding, editing, or removing profiles
o Changing timeslots and movements
o Management of reliever changes
o Reporting on attrition
Call Centre Scheduling Support
End to end support on managing the inbox, actioning emails covering leave request amendment to schedules, shrinkage adjustments etc
Run outlook (from WFM) to run schedule test against the forecast (weekly/fortnightly) and deliver once a week to stakeholders
General scheduling work basis forecast, HT and Shrinkage
Push out schedules every six weeks rolling cycles.
Attend outlook meetings rolled out to team leader and business unit managers where decisions are made for any changes.
Workware Administration
Acting on requests coming through Workware portal
Administrative work on creating new accounts, amend or changes for staff members
MyID setup in workware

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate
Preferred qualifications
Good knowledge of Computer tools/scheduling tools and Workforce Management
Good Communication Skills (written verbal)
Open to Australian shifts
Ability to ask right queries
Ability to prioritize and organize own workload
